- Faulty Item Received
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to email@example.com along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty, we'll send you a free reshipment. You just need to send the faulty product to us.
- Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Some of our orders are delivered from our US or Chinese or from other parts of the world factories depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 10-25 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
Presently due to Pandemic conditions our imported quality products shipped from overseas are being delayed, we suggest you to order such imported products only if you can wait for such periods, otherwise please do not order.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

- Wrong size received
If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just send the item back to us.
- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested
The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order.

-How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day processing period followed by a 10-45 days shipping period for imported products and 7-10 days for Indian Products. Shipment times vary per order and place, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
-May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: email@example.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.

-What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will change it to the correct address, if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
